Pastor Tim Roggow's life has always centered around faith and education. He was a Director of Christian Education (DCE) for almost 20 and then served in the Lutheran schools as principal/teacher. He grew up in the northeastern corner of Nebraska, where his parents were Lutheran School teachers. His wife Annalisa also has an education background and now teaches 5th grade at Lincoln School.
Pastor Roggow received his degrees in elementary education and Christian Education from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. His first parish as a DCE was in Fremont, Nebraska, then in Missouri, North Dakota, and South Carolina. Before starting the seminary, Roggow was principal of the Staunton, Illinois, Lutheran School for a year and then served six years as a 3rd grade teacher at Zion Lutheran School in Bethalto, IL. Pastor Roggow’s vicarage was at Faith Lutheran Church in Pleasant Hill, California. He has been the Pastor at Zion since 2020.
